Moon ELD produces ELD records for telematics transfer by Wireless Web services or Email. Drivers access the transfer options by selecting "DOT Inspection" from the menu, then pressing "Transfer Logs" on the DOT Inspection page. For a Web services transfer, choose "Web Service" as the Data Transfer Type and press "Confirm" to submit. For an Email transfer, choose "Email" as the Data Transfer Type and press "Confirm" to submit.Certification Statement
Technical compliance monitoring in Moon ELD detects malfunctions and data inconsistencies. Moon ELD keeps records of its malfunction and data diagnostic event detection using the standard coding below. Compliance malfunctions (letter codes): P - Power compliance malfunction E - Engine synchronization compliance malfunction T - Timing compliance malfunction L - Positioning compliance malfunction R - Data recording compliance malfunction S - Data transfer compliance malfunction O - Other ELD-detected malfunction Data diagnostic events (number codes): 1 - Power data diagnostic event 2 - Engine synchronization data diagnostic event 3 - Missing required data elements data diagnostic event 4 - Data transfer data diagnostic event 5 - Unidentified driving records data diagnostic event 6 - Other ELD-identified diagnostic event When a file is generated, the Moon ELD Malfunction and Diagnostic Event Records include all malfunctions that occurred on Moon ELD during that file's reporting period.
