    TruckSpy's ELD supports Option 1 (Telematics Transfer methods) of 4.9.1 of Appendix A to Subpart B of 49 CFR 395. To transfer ELD records to an authorized official, tap on 'Roadside Inspection' and then tap 'Data Transfer'. A dialog will appear where you selec the transfer mechanism (Email or Webservice) and enter the inspection code provided by the official. Then tap 'Ok' to initiate the transfer.

    TruckSpy's ELD solution self-monitors for all malfunctions defined in section 4.6, including `Power Compliance`, `Engine Synchronization Compliance`, `Timing Compliance`, `Positioning Compliance`, `Data Recording Compliance` and `Data Transfer Compliance`. When a malfunction is detected, it is reported in ELD data file(s) and visually indicated on screen in accordance with 4.6.2.1.
