    Open the FleetUP HOS application and sign in. Locate the Logs Tab and go to the RODS page. After driver signs his or her report from the mobile application directly, the driver can use the save button on the top left corner to export data into a PDF file. Once a driver signs his or her report, the report cannot be altered or edited. The driver can send the PDF to an authorized safety official.
  • Certification Statement

    On the FleetUP HOS application, a malfunction will occur if there is no data being recorded. 3NX will show that there is no data being recorded. Driver managers must then contact FleetUP Support for a repair or an exchange and it will be processed within the next 8 days. There are three indicators on 3NX. Power GSM network, and GPS communication. *Power Status Solid On = Connected with the engine and Reading protocol/engine data, Solid Off = Not reading engine data. (Tracker Mode), Blinking = Searching for engine data *GSM Network Status Solid On = Connected to GSM Network Solid Off = Not connected to GSM network. Blinking Fast = Searching for network/No SIM card Blinking Slow = connecting to GSM Network. *GPS Communication Status Solid On = Successful GPS Communication Solid Off = No GPS Communication Blinking = Trying to connect Blinking once Orange LED is on = Connected and is recording data.
