Data Transfer and Reporting Procedures

The Synergy ELD solution offers telematics data transfer through wireless web services and email. Additionally, we provide an integrated display option for situations when the driver lacks an internet connection. To share log details with a DOT officer, the driver needs to select the "DOT Inspection" option from the mobile app menu, then tap "Start Review" for a visual check, "Data Transfer" to send the Output File via the FMCSA web service, or choose "Email Logs" to transfer the log details through email. Include any remarks given by the DOT officer and complete the process by pressing "Submit".Certification Statement
The Synergy ELD system continuously monitors its adherence to the technical standards outlined in Appendix A, section 4.6, regarding identifiable malfunctions and data inconsistencies. It is capable of detecting all types of malfunctions and diagnostic events, such as power issues, engine synchronization, timing, positioning, data recording, data transfer, mandatory data elements, and unidentified driving instances. Furthermore, besides ongoing monitoring, any detected malfunctions are documented within the ELD data file(s) and visually displayed on the ELD, as mandated by section 4.6.2.1.
