Option 1: Telematics Web Services and Email initiated through mobile device. Step by step instructions to transfer records to FMCSA are included in the In Cab Instruction Manual. they include logging into the service on the iOS device using the employees unique clock ID and password. From here they will choose the Hours of Service option from the main menu, at the status page (default, main page) select the share button located in the upper right corner of the screen (icon looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top). They will select the type of transfer (eMail, or Web service), enter the code received from the enforcement officer and hit submit.Certification Statement
Warnings and alerts appear as a banner at the bottom of the screen on the handheld device. The following malfunctions are supported: Power data malfunction, Engine sync malfunction, Timing compliance malfunction, Positioning compliance malfunction, Data recording malfunction, Data transfer compliance malfunction, Unidentified driver compliance.
