MDM ELD is a platform developed for recording, storing, and transferring ELD data through telematics methods such as Wireless Web Services and Email. For data transfer via Wireless Web Services, the user must access the "INSPECTION" section from the main menu and click on "SEND ELD OUTPUT FILE TO DOT." For email transfer, the user must open the "INSPECTION" section, proceed to "EMAIL LOGS," enter the email address given by the authorized safety official, and click the "SEND LOGS" button.Certification Statement
MDM ELD is designed to monitor ELD functionality and detect system malfunctions. The platform is capable of identifying the following types of detectable malfunctions: “Power compliance” malfunction, “Engine synchronization compliance” malfunction, “Timing compliance” malfunction, “Positioning compliance” malfunction, “Data recording compliance” malfunction, “Data transfer compliance” malfunction, and “Other” ELD-detected malfunction. Detected malfunctions are shown in the notification area at the top of the mobile application screen. MDM ELD stores all malfunction records and allows them to be retrieved when required for further review and analysis. In the event of a malfunction, the driver is notified through a popup message that explains the issue and provides recommendations on how to troubleshoot or resolve it.
