    LUNA ELD is a platform designed to record, store, and transfer ELD data using telematics methods, including Wireless Web Services and Email. To send ELD data via Wireless Web Services, the user must navigate to the “INSPECTION” section in the menu and select the “SEND ELD OUTPUT FILE TO DOT” option. To send ELD data via email, the user should go to the “INSPECTION” section, then access the “EMAIL LOGS” option, enter the email address provided by the authorized safety official, and click the “SEND LOGS” button.

    LUNA ELD is capable of monitoring ELD functionalities and detecting malfunctions in real time. The system identifies the following types of malfunctions: • Power compliance malfunction • Engine synchronization compliance malfunction • Timing compliance malfunction • Positioning compliance malfunction • Data recording compliance malfunction • Data transfer compliance malfunction • Other ELD-detected malfunctions All malfunction events are displayed at the top of the mobile app screen within the notification area. These events are also securely stored and can be retrieved when needed for further analysis. If a malfunction occurs, the driver is immediately notified through a popup message that provides detailed information about the issue along with recommended steps to resolve it
