Data Transfer and Reporting Procedures

Eagleye ELD supports telematic data transfer via Webservice and Email in accordance with FMCSA ELD technical specifications. To transfer ELD records, the driver selects the “Reports” option from the main menu, chooses the appropriate transfer method (Webservice or Email) as requested by the authorized safety official, and enters the required comment or email address provided by the official. Upon clicking the submit button, Eagleye securely generates and transfers the driver’s last 8 days of ELD records to the authorized official.Certification Statement
Eagleye continuously monitors ELD functionality and automatically detects malfunctions in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Detectable malfunctions include: • Power Compliance Malfunction • Engine Synchronization Compliance Malfunction • Timing Compliance Malfunction All malfunctions are recorded and stored within the system and can be retrieved for review and analysis. When a malfunction occurs, the driver is immediately notified via an on-screen alert describing the issue and providing guidance on corrective actions.
