Data Transfer and Reporting Procedures
Generate the ELD Compliance Report when requested for ELD records sent to an “authorized safety official” utilizing Telematics using Web services and Email. Simply going to the Options portion in the HOS Application. Driver will click “Generate”, enter in number of days the officer wants, any comments the Officer would like to add to Email, then click “Generate Report”.If all info is correct, report will be sent. If all data is not automatically captured, driver will be given a manual field to enter in correct Odometer reading. Once Odometer is entered, the ELD will send report.Malfunctions and Testing
