ELD User Manual

Demo Co- Driver

BRIGHT TECHOLOGIES is an ELD system that runs on
mobile devices. It includes the Driver App and Dashboard to
support ELD functionality in accordance to applicable
demands.

Log In

Open the Driver App
Enter your email.
Enter your password
Click on login button

Connect to Vehicle

On the Logs page, tap on connect signal the top right corner
A search bar and list of all Device will appear. Select the
Device that you want to connect.
A green ELD icon will appear in the top right corner of the
main page to indicate that you have successfully connected

Vehicle & Trailer

Press Vehicle icon next to your name.
Press vehicle Name and select Vehicle.
Press Trailer Name and select Trailer.
Press the Save button

Change Duty Status

By selecting OFF DUTY, SLEEPER, or ON DUTY from the list
of alternate statuses, you can modify the vehicle's current
duty status.
Eld automatically changes your current duty status to
DRIVING when the vehicle exceeds a speed of five miles per
hour (mph).

View duty status

Press the logs button at the bottom.
Current day logs will show there.
Select the date to view previous logs.
Press to cross button on bottom right corner.
Add any exception, add logs, and add any remark.

Roadside Inspection data transfer
Step-by-step instructions for a driver to produce and transfer the
ELD records to an authorized safety official
Transfer via email: Click on Roadside Inspection in the left menu.
On Roadside Inspection screen click on Email
Comment box will open.
Users will enter a comment and then click on "Send Logs".
Success message should be displayed.
Transfer via Web services: Click on Roadside Inspection in left menu.
On Roadside Inspection screen click on Transfer
Comment box will open.
Users will enter a comment and then click on "Send Logs".
Success message should be displayed.
Local using USB2: Connect USB2 to Eld
Click on Roadside Inspection in the left menu.
On Roadside Inspection screen click on Transfer
Comment box will open.
Users will enter a comment and then click on "Send Logs".
Success message should be displayed.
Local using Bluetooth: Connect Eld to a Bluetooth device.
Click on Roadside Inspection in the left menu.
On Roadside Inspection screen click on Transfer
Comment box will open.
Users will enter a comment and then click on "Send Logs".
Success message should be displayed.

Shipping docs &
Upload Docs

Tap the menu icon to get up the app's main menu,
then choose to shipping docs.
Choose the Upload Document and add Document
type.

View & createDVIR

Click to the DVIR button of main screen and add
any DVIR.
Click on the History button of dvir section and dvir
status is opened .

Unidentified driving

User Device is connected but Id is logout then
Unidentified driving is created
When logged in id then unidentified driving will
displayed on home screen.

Co-driver login

User Device is connected but Id is logout then
Unidentified driving is created
When logged in id then unidentified driving will
displayed on home screen.
