Other app permission request is prompted to you when you take photos for your DVIR report, Work Order report, fuel receipts and other documents and also when you use voice-to-text feature instead of typing your inspection notes on a DVIR item. Android App Permission Request Action Location. (Devices location) Tap Allow button to allow app to access the devices location. Storage. (Photos, media and files on your device) Tap Allow button to allow app to access photos, media and files on your device. (Record audio) Tap Allow button to allow app to access the microphone. iOS App Permission Request Action Location. (Camera access is need to take photos of fuel receipts and other documents) Tap OK button to allow app to access the camera. Speech Recognition. (Speech recognition will be used to determine which words you speak into this devices microphone) Tap OK button to allow app to access speech recognition. Page 7 (888) 790-0715 | [email protected] | https://www.azuga.com Azuga App Login Screen The driver can login to the app by entering their username (email) and password set by their manager in the portal. The Save Password option can be checked upon login to automatically fill out the drivers password when entering their username, the next time they try to login. A Show Password is also available to reveal the text being input. In case the driver forgets their password, there is a Forgot Password option below the login button. Tapping on this will prompt a dialog box where the driver can input their email address. Upon pressing Ok, a password reset request will be sent to the drivers email. The app currently supports English, French, and Spanish languages. The language selected upon logging in will be the reflected language throughout the whole user interface of the app. In any event that the driver faces an error upon logging in, there is a list of errors in this document at section 18, naming all the possible login errors and their causes. Note: Drivers will be forced to logout of the app if the app version that the driver is using does not meet the minimum/required app version.
