Operating Manual
Version 1.2

Mobile Application
Go to the app distribution platform compatible with
your operating system. Download and install the
logbook app on a device with a data plan. The app
will use data to receive and send RODS data.

DUTY STATUS
Driving time will be automatically recorded from
the moment the ELD is connected.
The status will be set to Driving whenever the
vehicle moves at 5 mph or more.
Your current status is shown inside the Status
Circle.

App features are not available during driving to
avoid distractions.

OFFLINE RODS
Whenever you lose cell connectivity temporarily, the
app will operate in offline mode. If this happens, a
notication will appear on your screen. The system
will continue recording hours of service through the
loss of signal.

The device uses an internet connectionWiFi or
cellularto transfer recorded data to the ELD service
providers server. However, a stable connection is
necessary for this transfer to take place successfully.
