MANUAL FOR
DRIVERS

Download the mobile app to your device with a data plan.
Check on the corresponding app distribution platform if
your devices operating system is compatible with the
app.

DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION

The drivers status will be displayed on the status circle
and the system will calculate on-duty limits, available
driving hours, required breaks, and required off-duty
time. This information will be available through the app
and online portal.
In order to avoid nes and penalties, alerts will be
issued in the form of visual notications and sound
notications that prevent drivers.

AUTOMATIC HOS RECORDS

After installation, duty status will be set to driving
automatically when the vehicle moves at 5 mph or more.
The driver can change the duty status only when the
vehicle is in full stop by tapping the status circle.
If a status is not selected after driving, the app will set it
to On Duty. Personal conveyance and yard move statuses
will only be available after congured through the online
portal.

AUTOMATIC HOS RECORDS

You can access three areas of information about your
current shift in the Status section:
- Drive Time: Shows the number of driving hours
remaining in your daily shift.
- Daily Shift: Shows the total number of hours remaining
in your shift for the day.
- Cycle: Shows the number of hours of driving hours
remaining in your cycle.
