Welcome to the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) User Manual.
Our ELD system offers a user-friendly solution for managing your Hours
of Service (HOS) records in compliance with FMCSA regulations. With

ELD Hardware Installation

Installing the ELD hardware is quick and simple.
Plug the device into your vehicle's diagnostic port using the supplied
cable, which comes in 6-pin, 9-pin, or OBDII variants. For dedicated
cable harnesses, contact the ELD provider.

ELD App Setup

Getting started with the ELD app is easy.
Download and install the app on your mobile device from the app store.
Once installed, sync the app with the ELD hardware via Bluetooth for
seamless data transmission: log in with your unique credentials (portal
users and drivers must have different login details), and select your
vehicle from the list.

Log Management

Eciently manage your logs with the ELD app.
Access your electronic HOS records for different dates and view
detailed information about duty status changes, including time,
duration, and location.
To ensure compliance, remember that driving time cannot be reduced.
However, you can conveniently modify duty status records when
appropriate. Don't forget to digitally certify your logs when your shift
concludes.

Online Fleet Manager

The portal provides comprehensive monitoring and compliance
management for your eet. Access real-time data on each driver's duty
status, remaining hours, and HOS violations. Download logs in PDF
format and transfer logs for inspections directly from the portal. Filter
logs by date, driver, or vehicle to save time and effort.

Additional Features

In addition to HOS compliance, the ELD offers various extra features to
enhance your eet management. Benet from GPS tracking to monitor
your vehicles' locations and IFTA calculations to simplify fuel tax
reporting. Precongured statuses (i.e. yard moves and personal use),
driver information, and vehicle details are also available to streamline
your operations.
